Policies
If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call or email us to schedule a complimentary redo appointment within 3-5 days. We do not offer refunds of any services. We recommend that our clients take time to reschedule their appointments before they leave the salon.
Late/Cancellations:
If running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled. We request at least a 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation, as we may be able to accommodate another guest.
Children’s Policy:
We, at Studio Nova, write this notice with the utmost respect to the parents in our salon. As much as we love children, we ask that you please arrange child care the date of your hair appointment if your child is not receiving service. We work in an environment that has sharp scissors, razors, chemicals, and hot curling and flat irons. If something were to happen to your child, it would not only be devastating to you and your family, it would be equally as devastating to us as a company. Please understand that our concern is the safety of your child. We write this notice without intent of offending and hope that you will aid us in keeping our salon a safe environment.
